Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilise various channels to identify and attract potential candidates
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on our Candidate Management System, and to generate reports on recruitment metrics
Human Resource Operations:
- HR Process Management: Oversee and streamline HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, administration of HR systems, issuance of letters and payroll etc
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, employee grievances and administration
- Policy Development: Collaborate with the HR team to develop, implement and communicate HR policies and procedures that align with business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR operations function and implement best practices
Communications:
- Rapport Building: Establish rapport and build a trusted relationship with clients. They have to quickly know you truly care about them and their best interests
- Effective Communications: To communicate in a manner that sends across a clear message with intent
