HR Intern (Ref. No. R1010254)

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
As an intern in the HR department, you will be supporting the team in HR in talent strategies.
HR Operations, you will be supporting:
- Onboarding administrations
- Compiling data for reports or surveys as and when assigned
- Participating in HR projects as and when assigned
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Talent Strategies
- Build applicant sources through researching & contacting resources
- Create strong relationships and partnerships with identified universities
- Manage and participate in career fairs to engage potential candidates and promote our employer branding
- Conceptualize and organize engagement/networking events for existing interns
- Design and administer end-of-internship survey and conversations, identify and analyze improvement points for our internship program
- Design engagement strategies with students post-internship
- Create collateral for internal job fest and announcements with goal to drive awareness and internal mobility
You have:
- Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
- Independent, proactive and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to commit to a 6-month internship
- Experience with creative design, creating digital content, e.g., video, poster, presentation materials will be advantageous
