- Post and manage job advertisements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Conduct interviews for temporary staff, interns, and contract-for-service personnel.
- Ensure submission of required documents by applicants.
- Manage resumes and applications in the HR portal.
Onboarding
- Prepare all necessary arrangements and documentation for new hires prior to their start date.
Offboarding
- Manage clearance procedures and exit processes for resigned employees.
Confirmation of Employment
- Track probationary periods and ensure timely confirmation of new employees.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Update, maintain, and monitor staff attendance and punctuality records.
- Ensure urgent or outstanding leave applications are submitted in the leave system.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Verify timesheets for temporary staff and claims for overtime, time off, and transport reimbursements.
- Administer staff welfare and benefits schemes.
- Coordinate and organize training activities, including updating training records.
Administrative & HR Support
- Support HR automation projects, including system testing.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate staff records in the HR system.
- Organize and update HR files and documents on shared drives.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
