We are looking for a HRBP with 7-9 years of experience in human recources. This role will be responsible for human recources and adminstration management.
key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Alignment
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and decision-making. - Talent Management
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for critical roles.
Drive performance management processes (e.g., goal-setting, evaluations, PIPs).
Identify high-potential employees and design career development paths. - Employee Relations & Culture
Resolve complex employee issues (e.g., conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions).
Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement programs and DEI initiatives. - Compensation & Benefits
Advise on salary benchmarks, promotions, and incentive structures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Change Management
Support organizational restructuring, M&A integrations, or transformation projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., tech, healthcare, retail) may be required.
