Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff’s attendance
- Strong understanding of Singapore MOM, ICA, IRAS, CPF and other relevant authorities’ regulations, procedures and policies
- Managing MOM survey related matters
- Ensuring compliance with MOM guidelines and labor regulations
- Maintain proper documents for internal and external audit
- Maintain accurate leave records (annual leave, MC, public holidays, etc.).
- Managing documents and records, maintaining an organized filing system
- Work closely with immediate reporting officer to review staff costs monthly
- Handles staff insurance renewal
- Provides human resource support in the administering and processing of compensation and benefits, which is not limited to matters relating to medical claims, flexi claims, insurance claims, WICA and any other staff benefits related claims
- Provide overall general administration support to management and department heads
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operational functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, statutory submission, HR reporting and etc.
- Assist in the process of staff annual performance appraisal and salary review cycles
- Reporting officer in formulation, implementation and review of HR policies, collective agreement, staff benefits and welfare
- Work as a team to support HR Department in planning and executing programmes, taking initiatives for suggestion of ideas to maintain employee’s engagement
- Provides HR advisory to respective business units and ensure HR matters are in compliance with employment legislations
- Arrange new hire orientation, including company policies, SOPs.
- Prepare uniforms, name tags, and staff access accounts (POS, HR system).
- Conduct exit interviews and process clearance for departing staff.
