Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
Maintain and update employee records (hard copy & HR system).
Assist in preparing HR-related documents (contracts, letters, memos).
File, organize, and manage HR documentation for compliance.
- Recruitment & Onboarding
Post job advertisements and screen applications.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Assist with employee onboarding (collect documents, prepare orientation materials).
- Employee Support
Handle basic employee queries on HR policies, leave, benefits, etc.
Provide administrative assistance in staff welfare activities and training programs.
- Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all HR processes follow company policies and local labor regulations.
Assist in preparing simple HR reports (headcount, leave summary, turnover).
Job Requirements
- Education
Minimum: Bachelor of Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience
Entry-level acceptable; experience in clerical or HR-related work is an advantage.
- Skills
Good communication (written & verbal).
Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment laws (advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
