Role Overview
We are seeking an AWS Network Engineer to support and enhance our cloud and network infrastructure .
The role requires hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls , VPN configuration , and AWS networking services , alongside a working understanding of ITIL processes .
You will ensure secure, reliable network connectivity across hybrid cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN .
- Configure and monitor AWS networking components including VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, and Load Balancers.
- Respond to network incidents and service requests in line with ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity .
- Maintain accurate configuration, process, and change documentation .
Requirements
- Proven experience with AWS networking (VPC, NAT Gateway, Security Groups, Load Balancers, Route Tables).
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and VPN (GlobalProtect preferred) .
- Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Networking (e.g., CCNA, PCNSE) are advantageous.
