- Assist the sales team with client and partner relationships.
- Arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare quotes and follow up on leads.
- Maintain shipment records and track shipments.
- Provide constant update to customers shipment status
- Help negotiate freight rates and service agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support operations team with effective communications with customers
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, logistics, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
