Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept-to-completion design development while aligning with client needs and budget.
- Specify finishes, furniture, and materials to meet both functional and visual objectives.
- Develop detailed technical and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with Project and Account Managers to track timelines and coordinate project delivery.
- Prepare complete tender documentation including technical specs and schedules.
- Solve on-site issues in real time to preserve design consistency.
- Serve as the primary design contact for clients.
- Present design proposals clearly, using samples and documentation.
- Support Account Managers in nurturing client relationships.
Requirements
- Strong experience in creating compliant tender packages.
- Expert in AutoCAD and technical documentation production.
- Skilled in producing realistic 3D renders with tools like SketchUp, V-Ray, or Enscape.
- Capable of drafting full working drawings including sections and joinery details.
- Strong ability in writing detailed specifications for finishes and materials.
- Able to revise documents in collaboration with clients and project teams.
- Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
- Portfolio with residential/commercial projects and technical detailing.
- Knowledge of Singapore building codes and tender procedures.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
- Strong creative, analytical, and multitasking abilities. Quotation experience is a plus.
