Roles & Responsibilities
Assist Project Director/Design Manager on the following:
1. Design and Presentation drawings
2. Site Investigations, meeting with local authority officers.
3. Preparation of specifications, tender documents and construction drawings.
4. Meetings with contractors, Quantity Surveyor, Structural engineers and other consultants.
5. Pre-contract job management, contract procedures, correspondence and report.
6. Site visit, site meetings with members of the construction teams.
7. Office procedures and admin.
Requirements
1. Competent in understanding of Interior Design knowledge
2. Well versed in Digital Skills, i.e. CAD, photo editing softwares, Microsoft office, etc
3. Good attitude
4. Be able to work in a team
