- Study current manual touch points of the parts inventory management process, from parts log down, shipping and return from repair.
- Leverage suitable automation platform to create opportunity to eliminate manual data entry and improve data accuracy, and traceability.
- Provide a user-friendly interface for engineers and technicians.
- User documentation including a quick-start guide and system maintenance instructions.
- Conduct training to the team.
- This project offers the intern hands-on experience in developing a real-world application using Microsoft Power Platform tools, with a strong emphasis on usability and maintainability for users with minimal technical background.
