Administrative supports to LogisticDepartment.
Main tasks / activities / responsibilities
- As per Supervisor instruction follow up and paperwork
- Record and maintain the driver and attendant safety course
- Record the driver’s daily activities
- Received PO and DO check in order, PO’s print out pass to drivers.
- Rise PR for vehicle and equipment’s.
- Prepare vehicle repair request and submit to maintenance.
- Driver’s OT hour Amin on INFOTECH
- Update and maintain record of iso tanker
- Assist on repair works of trailer and iso tanker.
- Update the diesel record and prepare summary weekly and monthly.
- Prepare summary reports of store and logistic costsPerform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Responsible, honest with integrity.
- Quick learning and able to work independently.
