Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the F&B industry. They are looking for a Operations Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and apply company business models, operational policies, and standard procedures.
- Develop and roll out operational strategies and action plans to support the company’s overall goals and growth targets.
- Lead the planning and execution of initiatives to drive profitability and business success.
- Streamline and improve efficiency in current business operations while providing hands-on support to daily activities.
- Coordinate closely with the production facility/central kitchen to ensure smooth supply chain and product consistency.
- Work closely with colleagues to evaluate operational outcomes and propose process enhancements.
- Analyse sales trends and data to identify challenges and recommend solutions to enhance outlet results.
- Oversee the performance and skill development of team members.
- Achieve key metrics and objectives agreed upon during the role commencement.
- Compile and review weekly departmental sales performance reports.
- Prepare necessary reports, presentations, and supporting documents.
- Carry out on-site visits to outlets when required.
- Perform all other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Relevant operations experience preferably from F&B industry
- Experience liaising with CK, Central Kitchen and preparing and presenting sales reports will be great advantages
