Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Analyse existing administrative processes and workflows to identify areas for improvements
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Collaborate with team members to gather input and feedback on current processes
- Enhance internal communication
- Implement communication tools and platforms to improve internal communication among staff
- Facilitate training and workshops to enhance communication skills across the department
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvements
- Implement automation initiatives
- Research and recommend software solutions and tools to automate and digitize daily tasks
- Assist in the implementation of automation tools and ensure successful adoption by staff
- Provide ongoing support and training to team members on new automation and processes

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
- Basic understanding of process improvement, project management, or operational/organisation efficiency
- Familiarity with automation tools and software (e.g., project management tools, communication platforms, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt in culturally diverse settings
