About The Team
The Content Ecosystem team at TikTok works to ensure the global content ecosystem is safe and enjoyable for its users. The team develops strategies, policies and methodologies to keep the content ecosystem safe and sustainable in the long-term.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the TikTok ecosystem issue discovery operations, discovering potential ecosystem issues and collaborating with cross-functional teammates to resolve issues.
-Develop Comprehensive Issue Discovery Methodology and Success Metrics: Design and implement a robust end-to-end methodology for issue discovery, encompassing identification, classification, resolution, and measurement. Ensure that the methodology is scalable and adaptable to evolving business needs. Establish and develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of implemented solutions.
- Conduct Trend Analysis and Root Cause Investigation: Utilize a data-driven approach to efficiently and proactively identify potential content quality and experience issues. Analyze issue trends and root causes to uncover opportunities for process improvements. Partner with cross-functional teams to address underlying issues and implement targeted changes aimed at preventing issue recurrence.
- Create Insightful Reports and Visualizations: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations that clearly communicate analysis findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders. Ensure that insights are actionable and support informed decision-making.
-Foster Collaborative Problem-Solving: Cultivate and leverage collaborative relationships across teams to effectively address and resolve issues. Use your strong interpersonal skills to drive collective problem-solving. Track issue resolution efficiently through tool- or platform-driven methods, ensuring that solutions are executed with high quality and speed.
