Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design of e-commerce seller & listing governance strategy framework, balancing business growth and risk to ensure the health of the e-commerce ecosystem and sustainable business development.
- Through the design of platform regulation and incentive mechanisms, stimulate seller activity, and optimize the structure of high-quality sellers on the platform.
- According to the actual situation of international e-commerce in various countries, including laws and regulations, customs, and culture, design differentiated strategic plans and implementation paces.
- Through the platform's design for sellers, complete feedback and education for sellers' operations.
- Promote internal communication, and coordinate business teams, algorithms, and engineering teams to ensure smooth team cooperation and collaboration between different products.
