We are looking for an experienced Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Journey Lead to shape and drive transformation in client onboarding and lifecycle management. This is a key leadership role that partners with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative, client-first solutions while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the CLM journey, aligning with business goals and regulations.
- Drive strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Front Office, Compliance, Operations, IT).
- Leverage data & analytics to improve processes and measure success.
- Identify and resolve client pain points while enhancing satisfaction. Inspire teams and foster a culture of innovation.
About You
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years’ experience in client lifecycle or product management.
- Strong background in financial services and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Track record of leading large-scale transformation projects.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
