Min 2 years experience in kueh production, those in pastry mass production line are welcome to apply
Experience in supervising, running production and maintaining the encrusting and stamping machine.
Experience in handling combi ovens, convection oven, blast chiller and also cooker mixer equipment.
Responsible in training new staff on handling of equipments and machine.
Understanding of food hygiene, and have min food safety level 1 certificate, those with SFA FSO Level 3 certification is advantageous.
Responsible towards food quality and accurate order output with minimal wastage.
Responsible towards good housekeeping, inventory and ingredients stock keeping.
