- Minimum 3 year of experience in an application support role.
- Proficiency in Unix commands, Shell scripting, and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Job scheduling, Kafka, and ActiveMQ is a plus.
- Exposure to the banking industry is advantageous.
- Dynamic individual with a thirst for learning.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ownership-oriented with the ability to meet SLAs without compromising on work quality.
- Provide 24x7 operational support for all production practices including weekends and holidays for Bank Security Apps.
- Work in shift on-site to provide 24x7 operational support including weekends and holidays as per assigned roster. Roster is 5-day work per week.
- The role requires support during night shifts, weekends, and public holiday

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
