Job Title: Lead Product Manager (HCM)Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager for our HR digital transformation initiative. In this strategic role, you will overseeing the HCM product suite and its integration across HCM modules and systems. You will develop strategy for our HCM ecosystem, drive innovation, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in modernising our HR technology stack, optimising user experiences, and leveraging technologies to automate and improve HR processes

[What you will be doing]
• Oversee the architecture and integration of HCM solutions within the broader IT ecosystem
• Lead a team of product managers, providing mentorship and guidance
• Develop and oversee the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for HCM products
• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and best practices in product development
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices for product development of HCM solutions
• Oversee proof-of-concept initiatives for new features or integrations
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure HCM strategy supports overall business objectives
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HCM product suite
[What we are looking for]
• 10+ years of experience in HR systems implementation and product management, with at least 5 years leading a team
• Deep understanding of HCM architectures, both cloud-based and on-premise
• Experience in multiple full-cycle HCM implementation projects
• Strong grasp of data management, security, and compliance in HR contexts
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
Preferred Qualification:
• Certification in major HCM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
• Demonstrated experience applying product management principles in a software or enterprise system context will be an advantage
Technical Knowlegde
• In-depth understanding of HCM system architectures and their integration with enterprise IT landscapes
• Excellent Knowledge of best practices in system configuration and customisation
• Familiarity with API ecosystems and microservices architectures
• Understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
