Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results everyday.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs through engagement
  • Plan, forecast and manage soft-skills training programmes
  • Coordinate, facilitate and deliver training programme to our frontline leaders and all new employees
  • Drive and influence stakeholders to ensure KPIs are met for the training programmes, measure impact on building higher performance for the organisation
  • Manage the L&D reporting dashboard
  • Identify best practices and active sharing of such best practices within the APAC community

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline
  • 3 years of experience in facilitation or training in the Logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge in 3PL operations
  • Highly motivated and excellent stakeholder management
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are essential
  • Experience in delivering stand-up training will be advantageous
  • Certification in ACTA, ACLP, ITE Industry Trainer Certification or Structured On-the-Job Training will be advantageous
