Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs through engagement
- Plan, forecast and manage soft-skills training programmes
- Coordinate, facilitate and deliver training programme to our frontline leaders and all new employees
- Drive and influence stakeholders to ensure KPIs are met for the training programmes, measure impact on building higher performance for the organisation
- Manage the L&D reporting dashboard
- Identify best practices and active sharing of such best practices within the APAC community
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- 3 years of experience in facilitation or training in the Logistics industry
- Strong knowledge in 3PL operations
- Highly motivated and excellent stakeholder management
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are essential
- Experience in delivering stand-up training will be advantageous
- Certification in ACTA, ACLP, ITE Industry Trainer Certification or Structured On-the-Job Training will be advantageous
