- Prepare and manage lease documents such as term sheets, agreements, and move-in/out forms.
- Keep leasing records, tenancy schedules, and trackers up to date on a regular basis.
- Work closely with tenants, agents, and legal teams to manage lease renewals and secure new agreements.
- Support leasing strategy by researching prospects, coordinating viewings, and managing enquiries.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Real Estate, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of leasing or tenancy administration experience
- Good knowledge of Excel and tenancy management systems
- Strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail
