Role Description
This is a contract role for a Secretary at Helius Law LLC. The Secretary will be responsible for providing clerical support, handling communications, performing secretarial work, and offering administrative assistance. Additionally, the Secretary will manage customer service tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This is an on-site role located in Singapore.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as filing, typing, and managing records
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal. English language proficiency is important as the candidate will be dealing with legal documentation.
Good Customer Service skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Detail-oriented and highly organized and meticulous
Proficiency in office software and equipment
GCE 'O' Levels, GCE 'A' levels or Diploma level qualifications are acceptable
