Job Scope and Responsibilities:
1. Provide Administrative and secretarial support. Such as scanning, filing, data entry, preparing documents, prepare payment, keeping track of payments and organize records in excels sheets.
2. Prepare monthly excel reports
3. Coordination and communication with external parties via phone & e-mail.
4. Coordination of Tenancy and related matters
5. General management of Office and Secretarial support
Job Requirements:
1. Permanent Part-time or full-time
2. Administrative Writing Skills
3. Microsoft Office Skills
4. Organization Skill
5. Resourceful and good Problem Solving Skills
6. Communication Skill
7. Complete tasks independently and meticulously.
8. Experience in estate management an advantage, but not required.
