Working Hours: 44hrs/Weekly
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Operating and Maintaining Training Engagement Touchpoints: Ensuring all touchpoints are functional and well-maintained.
2. Managing SG Digital Community Hubs: Operating and maintaining the hubs, including logistics, infrastructure upkeep, and asset maintenance.
3. Supply Management: Equipping and maintaining all touchpoints with essential supplies, such as first aid kits, stationery, and hygiene paraphernalia.
4. Engagement and Marketing Collaterals: Ensuring all touchpoints are equipped with engagement and marketing collaterals, such as lesson booklets and marketing leaflets.
5. Inventory Management: Receiving, storing, and distributing collaterals, and maintaining accurate records of inventory, distribution, and usage.
6. Mobile Devices: Equipping touchpoints with mobile devices, including tablets, mobile phones, and laptops.
7. Storage Solution: Planning and bearing the cost of a storage solution to house collaterals, equipment, and tools.
8. Transportation Services: Planning and bearing the cost of transportation services to support logistical needs.
9. Collaboration with Authority: Working closely with the Authority to ensure smooth operations, including coordinating site audits and taking over existing assets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Training Engagement Touchpoints are Functional: All touchpoints are well-maintained and equipped to support training and outreach activities.
2. Logistical Needs are Met: All logistical needs are met, including supply management, inventory management, and transportation services.
3. Collaterals are Managed Effectively: Engagement and marketing collaterals are managed effectively, including printing, storing, and distributing collaterals.
