• Review mechanical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

• Assign job tasks and work as per the mechanical project schedules.

• Review all mechanical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs for them.

• Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work is attained from assigned staff.

• Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

• Recommend effective solutions specified a particular weight related to the employment status of employees.

• Schedule, assign, plan and supervise mechanical shop personnel performance on different projects.

• Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule
