- Review mechanical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.
- Assign job tasks and work as per the mechanical project schedules.
- Review all mechanical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs for them.
- Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work is attained from assigned staff.
- Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.
- Recommend effective solutions specified a particular weight related to the employment status of employees.
- Schedule, assign, plan and supervise mechanical shop personnel performance on different projects.
- Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule
- Willing to work in shipyards. Place at Seatrium Tuas Boulevard Yard.
