• Proficient in operating 5-axis turn-mill machines
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledgeable in the use of precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
• Experienced with various tooling types and machine setups
• Familiar with Mastercam (experience with programming is a plus)
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
