Job Description
Primary Role
For Service Center, machine the requirement set by the Service Team for the mechanical seals for roughing for new hardware and components rework.
For FCS, run the manual lathe for all GSS & WSS welding prep-joints for the Gas panels
Secondary Role
Backup for CNC machinist.
Support the loading needs.
Work for FCS on sawing, drilling, milling and assembly & test and including assisting to Quality for internal and external F.A.T.
Qualifications
- Candidates possess Professional certificate / NiTEC or equivalent.
- Able to operate CNC Turning machine and basic CNC Turning programming.
- Able to interpret technical drawing and specification.
- Maintain all measuring equipment, gauges, and fixture for machining use.
- Knowledge in manual lathe, drilling, sawing, and simple milling work.
Additional Information
Setup job on the machine and fixture design to support for machining use.
Willing to learn and take on other manufacturing skill set.
Perform daily 5S, Kaizen, HSE requirement and any other duties assigned.
Apart from CNC, candidate may also be assigned to support FCS production as requires.
