Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B store operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control wastage to optimise cost efficiency.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing and promotional activities.
- Analyse sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Support management in strategic decision-making and business planning.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in F&B or retail management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required. Proficient in MS Office and basic POS systems.
