Position Summary
The Logistics Manager will manage export/import operations in several APAC countries and manages Logistics Projects in the region. The role will be handling Origin Logistics in APAC that includes shipment booking, FG warehouse management and Logistics Projects in the region.
Responsibilities
Ensure a safe working environment and enforce adherence to Safety, Health, and Environmental procedures across the team at all times.Accountable for all Origin Logistics operations, including Finished Goods warehouse management and the shipping team at the plant.
Manage the complexities of shipment movements within the Energizer global network.
Collaborate with Procurement and the Logistics/Supply Chain team on the sourcing and selection of third-party logistics providers (3PLs) across APAC countries.
Lead logistics projects in APAC, including warehouse migrations and the setup of new entities.
Responsible for 3PL selection through RFQ/RFP processes, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
Manage Supply Chain variance costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all SOX audit requirements and support other ad hoc audit activities.
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant procedures and processes in line with the company’s quality standards.
Review and optimize the logistics flow network across Asia to enhance efficiency.
Hire, coach, and develop logistics team members across the APAC region.
Foster employee engagement and promote a high-performance culture at all levels.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years’ of relevant experience in in-house warehouse management, 3PL management, and freight operations.
Strong understanding of end-to-end in-house logistics management.
Proven ability to manage third-party service providers effectively.
Familiarity with shipping documentation and import/export formalities.
Hands-on experience in leading logistics processes across shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
Well-versed in both in-house and outsourced logistics operations.
Strategic thinker with the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
Team player and adaptable leader, committed to achieving business objectives collaboratively.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to support data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
Experience working with cross-country teams, navigating diverse languages and cultural contexts.
Willingness to travel occasionally to understand market needs and support project execution.
Proactive and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks accurately and on time.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin due to job requirement.
Capable of working effectively under remote leadership with transparency and timely updates.
