Purpose of the Role
- Co-leads the localization, definition, delivery and performance of Luxury brands in the assigned region. The role works closely with the regional Commercial, Operations, D&E and Development teams to ensure ‘Hotel Ready’ deployment of initiatives, drive brand and hotel performance and support our growth agenda.
- Design and implement a system of continuous improvement to ensure competitiveness, consistency and quality of the guest experience, utilizing consumer insights, competitive analysis and system appetite to drive decisions.
Key Accountabilities
- Manages the localization and implementation of brand strategy and brand plans, based on the Global framework, adapted where appropriate for the assigned Region.
- Supports development, piloting and hotel implementation of product and service innovations for each brand to strengthen brand health/attribute perception and raise brand awareness and equity within the region. Integrate roll-out with global project groups as appropriate. Ensure ‘Hotel Ready’ process adopted.
- Manage rollout of brand induction programme for corporate and hotel employees.
- Delivers the hotel brand pre-opening process to ensure end-to-end delivery for NHOPs
- Manage and execute implementation and measurement of brand standards and guest experience standards, working with local quality team colleagues to ensure all relevant product and service enhancements are reflected in the brand standards and ensure brand standards are up-to-date and accurate at all times
- Lead development and ensure effective implementation of regional toolkits and resources to support high quality and consistent hotel brand marketing and brand tools for other stakeholders' teams (eg Development, D&E etc).
- Monitor and track project budgets, cost estimates and invoices and provide a filing system for all brand materials produced in the region.
Required Education, Experience, Technical Skills and Knowledge
Education
- Marketing, Communications or Business degree preferred
Experience
- Min 5 years in luxury hospitality or other consumer-focused luxury sector, preferably within a large multi-national company, with roles focused on marketing and/or brand management
- Experience in a multi-national operating environment within Asia
