[What the role is]
We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive strategic planning initiatives and stakeholder partnerships at the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS). In this role, you will collaborate across divisions within MSS and the National Environment Agency (NEA) to shape and execute strategic plans, manage resources and foster key partnerships that advance Singapore's meteorological capabilities.[What you will be working on]
The job scope will include but not limited to the following:
- Lead the development and implementation of MSS strategic plans through close collaboration with division heads and stakeholders
- Coordinate and optimise financial resource allocation in partnership with NEA's Finance Department
- Drive strategic alignment across the organisation, including monitoring and evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage relationships with research institutions, government agencies, and external partners, overseeing administrative, legal and financial matters
- Evaluate and coordinate inter-agency requests while identifying and developing strategic partnership opportunities
- Organise and facilitate stakeholder meetings and support the development of MSS’ corporate planning and annual workplans
- Facilitate effective collaboration between MSS departments and external stakeholders
