Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Regional Strategic Planning Senior Assistant Executive/ Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the schedule, documentation, and follow-up for internal strategy meetings, including minute-taking, tracking action items, and stakeholder communication
- Support the development and implementation of corporate policies and strategic plans
- Work closely with business leaders to assist in the execution of internal department strategies
- Facilitate policy management activities under the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) framework
- Organize and co-facilitate key meetings such as regional sales reviews and monthly strategy sessions
- Coordinate with regional teams to support strategic alignment across ASEAN and South Asia
- Serve as liaison for external group-wide activities such as customer satisfaction and quality-related initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal and regional discussions
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and schedule management skills to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
- Able to summarize meeting discussions accurately and identify key action items
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions and cultures
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 5,200 + AWS + VB (1 - 2 Months)
- Working Location: Yishun
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5.30pm
