Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing and Sales Director to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is results-driven, innovative, and passionate about education. You will oversee marketing, branding, and sales efforts to strengthen HTELite’s market position, attract new students, and build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead and manage the marketing and sales teams, providing direction, coaching, and support.
- Drive student enrollment growth through effective campaigns, partnerships, and outreach.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media presence, and brand development.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide business strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and external partners.
- Monitor budgets, set KPIs, and ensure marketing and sales targets are met.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities and innovations.
What You Need to Succeed
- Strong track record in driving revenue growth and brand development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on initiatives.
- Passion for education and student success is a strong advantage.
Work Schedule & Benefits
Workweek: 5 or 6 days, depending on business needs.
- Hours: 09:00 – 20:00 (Schedule may adjust during peak periods).
