The Role:
What will you do?
Assist in the end-to-end planning, promotion and execution of marketing events
Support the team in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive demand generation for the business
Be involved in creating engaging marketing contents for thought leadership (You would get to put on your creative hat to have a say on the content plan – put your ideas into reality for our businesses and executive leadership team)
Identify and optimize areas within current marketing workflows to boost efficiency which can shape the future of marketing
Support internal communications initiatives including townhall, employee communication sessions etc.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degrees in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics or related
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Digital savvy, creative, energetic, and passionate about communications and people engagement
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut) is a plus
- Familiar with using AI Tools to prompt for solutions and exception handling, strong excel and Power Automate knowledge preferred
