We’re looking for a proactive Client Success Manager to ensure clients achieve their goals while driving retention and growth.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth transitions
- Monitor client satisfaction and address issues proactively
- Develop client success plans and track KPIs
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Serve as client advocate internally
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
