We are an E-Commerce B2B and B2C company seeking a dedicated Marketing Executive. Proven working experience in digital marketing and up to date with the latest marketing trends, platforms and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimise email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- Work closely with CSMs and creative teams to align campaign messaging and improve results across key segments
- Analyse weekly marketing performance metrics (email, SMS, traffic,ales, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation
- Maintain and grow brand partnerships / influencer collaborations to drive content creation and campaign reach
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions and community-driven initiatives Monitor and report on overall channel performance with actionable insights to guide future strategy
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Dotdigital), including flows, campaigns, deliverability, and segmentation
- Analytical mindset; confident working with marketing performance data and drawing actionable conclusions
- Knowledge of SMS marketing and how it complements email strategy
- Familiar with social media platforms to discover and vet influencers, with an understanding of content fit and audience engagement
- Able to manage influencer collaborations and meet content deadlines
- Enjoys brainstorming and developing ideas through to completion
- Stays up to date with the latest digital and social trends
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skills
