- Campaign Management: Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, liaising with internal teams, external partners, and CAG to ensure seamless implementation.
- Partnership & Market Engagement: Collaborate with India-focused partners (banks, airlines, e-wallets, etc.) to drive footfall and explore new marketing opportunities.
- Content & Creative Coordination: Write and proofread bilingual marketing content (Hindi/Chinese & English), and prepare creative briefs for design teams.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance using key metrics and provide regular updates and insights to management.
- Admin & Budget Support: Manage invoicing, contracts, budget tracking, and provide general support to Omni-Channel marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience preferred; retail/travel retail is a plus.
- Proficient in English and intermediate in Hindi or Chinese (written & spoken).
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of digital platforms is a plus.
