Job Description
YOUR IMPACT _________
Together with SEA Marketing Team, she/he will contribute to raise of Benefit cosmetics brand desirability in SEA targeting at Gen Z and new customers through 360 marketing plans, while ensuring that the new elevated brand DNA is communicated at all times across all touch points.
She/he should have a solid understanding of the Benefit’s DNA, and should embody this in all that she/he does. She/he should ensure that Benefit is the most talked about and most exciting brand in the region!
A creative and proactive individual, she/he will be an excellent team player by liaising with colleagues across multiple departments from sales to marketing to ensure all marketing initiatives meets key business objectives while improving brand awareness, drive new customer recruitment and brand love.
YOUR MISSION _________
In partnership with SEA Senior Marketing Manager and SEA Regional Marketing Team to plan and develop regional marketing strategy plans & 360 launch plans for SEA
Own Singapore local Trade Marketing activations, consumer workshops and events, source for potential partnership with external stakeholders to drive recruitment and sales conversion
Co-own Singapore Marketing Budget with SMM
Responsible for samples/TOAs usage guidelines in SEA; direct management of samples & TOA usage, budget, and monitoring in Singapore under the guidance of SMM
Marketing plans review and planning: Liaise with markets and regional team to manage markets’ local launch plans review and execution follow ups; co-own trade marketing function with SMM, actively contribute Trade Marketing ideas and review local marketing plans together with SMM and Regional Marketing Team
Drive unconventional recruitment plan targeting at Gen Z for new launches, Brow and Service Always On Plans in SEA
Work closely with digital advocates to brainstorm on regional creative digital ideas and local digital plans in alignment to regional directions
Coordinate with Key Accounts and Sephora to confirm market week presentation, setup preparation and door gifts for the meeting in Singapore
Manage and update SEA Marketing Calendar to ensure alignment between HQ and SEA launch synergies
Other ad-hoc and administrative work assigned by SMM
Qualifications
Qualifications
A Degree holder in Business / Marketing or equivalent with at least 2 – 3 years of marketing experienced in beauty and retail industries would be a great advantage
Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into 360 Marketing executions
Have a keen interest and strong grasp of the beauty industry and its consumers
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
Strong attention to detail, organized and good management skills
Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office
Must have the competency to develop/edit/create actual creative digital content
Social and digital savvy
Confident, enthusiastic, passionate and energetic with a huge sense of humor
Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
