Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing / Marketing Business Development Executive to support digital marketing, content creation, and brand development for our company and associated entities within the marine industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns and social media activities, including:
SEO/SEM
Marketing database management
Email marketing
Social media channel management
Campaigns aligned with marine marketing strategies for the company and associated companies - Manage and maintain the digital frontage of the company website and social media channels & digital platforms
- Support creation, implementation, and management of engaging content for social media platforms.
- Develop compelling content and communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness.
- Deliver consistent brand messaging through well-crafted content and design across all communication channels
- Update and maintain the company’s marketing handbook and branding guidelines.
- Perform duties professionally, efficiently, and with discretion, tact, initiative, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to support marketing ideas and strategies.
- Prepare marketing materials, including:
PowerPoint presentations for technical conferences
Capability statements
Data sheets and track records - Collaborate with the Business Development team to:
Develop and execute marketing plans
Create enablement tools such as technical articles - Provide comprehensive executive assistance support to the VP Technology
- Support all event-related activities, including coordination with clients, vendors, and management
- Attend networking events; overseas travel will be required
Requirements
- Highly efficient, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work both independently and in a team
- Skilled in relationship building, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of management and staff
- Prior experience in the marine and offshore industry is preferred
