Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns
- Coordinate across departments (design, content, digital, sales) to ensure timely campaign execution
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, conversion rates)
- Prepare marketing reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations for management
- Manage and monitor marketing budgets and resource allocations
- Assist in the development of brand guidelines, product messaging, and promotional strategies
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction,Real Estate,Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, planning, or campaign management
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage (for regional campaign coordination)
