As a Marketing Specialist at Alchemist, you’ll be responsible for strengthening our brand presence and driving both customer acquisition and retention across multiple channels. This role requires someone who is commercially-minded, analytical, and capable of shaping marketing strategies that are creative yet data-backed. You’ll work closely with leadership and our creative/content teams, contributing insights, campaigns, and activations that build Alchemist’s presence in Singapore and overseas.
What You'll Do
Marketing Strategy & Analysis
- Audit current brand presence and campaigns, propose data-backed strategies
- Monitor performance metrics (Google Analytics, Shopify, CRM dashboards) and generate actionable insights
- Conduct market analysis and track competitive trends
Customer Growth & Engagement
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to grow both online and offline sales
- Optimize customer journey and retention through CRM segmentation, loyalty, and subscription flows
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to align marketing with new product launches
Digital Marketing
- Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to improve discoverability
- Plan and optimize paid performance ads across Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Report on campaign ROI and suggest continuous improvements
PR & Communications
- Support press and media outreach, draft communication materials when required
- Coordinate external announcements, launches, and event communications
Influencer & Partnerships
- Identify, engage, and manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
- Track performance of partnership activities
Campaign Leadership
- Lead cross-channel campaigns from planning through execution Coordinate internal creative and content resources for timely delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ marketing experience (F&B, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce sectors preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data and translate into strategy
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM/email platforms, SEO/SEM, and paid ads
- Exposure to PR, partnerships, and campaign management is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
