The marketing director is responsible for changing the way we acquire potential customers and develop new market opportunities in both locally and overseas.
Basic responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding work that delights, engages and wins the hearts and minds of customers while delivering on commercial targets
- Leading the team to explore new market opportunities and manage the team performance.
- Play a thought leadership role on the International Marketing Leadership Team in setting the strategic direction and priorities of the International Markets portfolio while providing strong figurehead leadership qualities across the broader business.
Experience and skills:
- 15+ years marketing experience, preferably in industry
- Experiences in Singapore market, as well as China market as China is a very important strategic location for us.
- Degree and above
- Able to work and travel outside Singapore frequently
- Can work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, high change agility
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
