The APAC Commercialization team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate to join the team. In this role, you will play a critical part in bringing new products and capabilities to market in APAC, with responsibilities as follows:
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing & Communication to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for successful new product launches
- Coordinate the delivery of GTM launch campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals
- Collaborating with Product, Sales and Marketing to create collateral and such as pitch decks, FAQs, and RFPs responses, to support product monetization
- Assist in developing and refining product concepts, value propositions, and target audience personas
- Monitor the impact of newly launched solutions and take follow up action to ensure efficient monetization
- Liaise with global Product Commercialization leads to ensure transparency and consistency in go-to-market activities
- Partner with Product Solutions Specialists (PSS) and products to help build pipeline of early adopter clients
- Manage commercialization success metrics by tracking execution of strategic initiatives
- Analyze data to support product positioning and marketing strategies, utilizing structured data tools and analytics to measure success in the commercialization dashboard, and track the execution of strategic revenue initiatives
- Organize and manage the APAC Payments Sales Market call and necessary sales training, equipping sales teams with tools and resources for effective product promotion and sales enablement.
Required Skills, Capabilities, and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience of equivalent expertise in Payments Product or Business Management, with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally with coursework in finance, communications, marketing or data analysis or related disciplines
- Strong analytical skills for data aggregation and analysis to support go-to-market strategies
- Effective communication skills, adaptable to messaging to diverse audiences
- Solid understanding of risk management, regional nuances, and governance requirements
- Ability to drive cross-collaboration across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint for effective writing, data analysis and presentations
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Proven working experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- In-depth knowledge of the Payments product development life cycle
- Strategic and thoughtful communicator with outstanding communication skills
- Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms, such as Alteryx and Tableau, is advantageous
