Job Responsibilities
- To support the construction team for M&E engineering works.
- Check and propose to make sure the design drawing are workable for the project.
- Strong knowledge of each M&E materials and able to order each one as per requirements.
- Planning/scheduling and coordination of M&E works.
- Project coordination, supervision, and monitoring of the progress of site work.
- Coordinate M&E engineering work and work closely with other department staff to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues.
- Oversee and ensure works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements.
- Ensure quality work in order to achieve CONQUAS and/or QM requirements
- Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors on M&E issues.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Mecanical related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry .
- Proficient in Autodesk software.
