Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full buying cycle: order placement, system upload, delivery, and quality checks.
- Monitor sell-through rates and supplier performance.
- Support seasonal planning: sales targets, markdowns, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with stores for product feedback and assortment planning.
- Work with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth product flow.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activities.
- Communicate with vendors on performance and market insights.
Requirements
- Degree in Fashion, Retail or related field.
- 1–2 years of buying/merchandising experience in fashion retail.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for fashion, proactive, and a team player.
