Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management :Oversee all daily restaurant activities to ensure a smooth flow from reservations to food preparation and service.
- Staff Management :Hire, train, schedule, and motivate service and kitchen staff, and resolve any conflicts or grievances.
- Financial Oversight :Manage budgets, track revenue and expenses, control food and beverage costs, and minimize waste to meet financial goals.
- Customer Service :Ensure a positive guest experience, handle complaints effectively, and build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Food & Beverage Standards :Maintain high food quality and authentic North Indian presentation, and manage inventory and supplies.

- Inventory & Procurement :Manage stock levels, control portion sizes, minimize waste, and process purchase orders with suppliers.
