Job Summary:
Oversee day-to-day operations of all offline retail stores.
Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
Manage, train and motivate retail staff to achieve performance goals.
Monitor store performance, sales reports and KPIs.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered.
Manage stock levels, Inventory control, and replenishment cycles.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics and headquarters for smooth supply chain operations.
Implement and ensure adherence to company policies, visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and in-store events to boost sales.
Resolve escalated customer issues effectively and professionally.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and operational standards.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for management review.
Handling all Departmental stores offline like Ntuc, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and have fast pulling goods experience
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Retail Management or related field.
Proven experience in retail operations management (preferably in multi-store settings).
Strong leadership, people management and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
