In this Role, you’ll get to
- Administrative & Operational Support: Assist leadership and operations teams with daily tasks under supervision.
- Meeting & Project Coordination: Help organize business meetings (scheduling, logistics, material preparation). Draft meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Aid procurement processes, invoice handling, and office logistics (e.g., workspace setup, gift distribution).
- Travel Coordination: Arrange accommodations and itineraries for executives.
- Event Support: Assist in planning company events (e.g., town halls, anniversaries, annual parties).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to support process improvements. Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete other duties as assigned.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Current student pursuing an undergraduate (bachelor’s), or graduate degree.
- Internship experience of Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Operation Executive is added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Passion for operations, administration, or project management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good problem-solving aptitude and logical thinking.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly. Discretion in handling confidential information.
